1-2t/H Complete Biomass  Pellet Mill 

The production line of biomass granulator is mainly used to produce biomass pellet fuel, which is environmentally friendly and renewable, and is widely used in industry, civil and other fields. Core equipment includes biomass granulator, crusher, dryer, cooler, packaging machine, etc.

The workflow is as follows:

1. Pretreatment of raw materials (crushing and drying) Biomass raw materials such as pine, poplar, Chinese fir, branches, bark, shavings, corn stalks, wheat stalks, alfalfa, rice straw, rice husk, coconut shell, palm shell, betel nut shell, peanut shell, bamboo, building template, furniture scraps, wooden pallet, municipal garbage, etc. are crushed to 8-12mm, and the water content is dried from 20% to 50% after crushing.

2. Granulation stage. The dried sawdust is sent to a biomass granulator (according to the output selection, the output below 700kg/h is made by a flat die granulator, and the output above 700kg/h is made by a ring die granulator) for granulation production.

3. Cooling stage. Air cooler, cooling bin, counter-current cooler. Reduce the temperature of the produced biomass particles from 70-80ºC to 20ºC.

4. Packaging stage. Using automatic packaging machine and sealing machine, weighing and packaging, so as to facilitate storage, transportation and sales.

Ring die biomass pellet machine has high output, high pressure, high speed and wide applicability.
It is mainly used to convert agricultural and forestry wastes such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark, corn cobs, peanut shells, waste furniture, bamboo, waste logs, packaging boxes, etc. into high-density pellet fuel.
The working principle of the ring die biomass pellet machine is to gradually form cylindrical pellets under the extrusion and friction of the high-speed rotating ring die and pressure roller.
