Introduction of corn peeling and threshing machine

Corn hulling and threshing machine is a kind of crop processing machinery which integrates the functions of hulling and threshing. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, simple operation, safety and reliability.
Working principle:
Through specific mechanical structure and transmission mode, the peeling and threshing operations of corn are realized.
1. In the peeling process, the peeling device can evenly distribute the ear that has entered the machine between two pairs of relatively rotating peeling shafts to complete peeling.
2. In the process of threshing, the corn is hit in the high-speed rotating rotor and drum, and the grains are separated from the sieve holes.

Main components and working principle of corn peeling thresher

The corn husker is mainly composed of a husking device and a threshing device. The husking device includes a motor, a driving shaft, a bearing seat, a spiral bar, a rubber nail and other parts, while the threshing device includes a rotor, a roller, a screen, a feeding device and other parts.

Peeling device: the motor drives the driving shaft to rotate through the belt, and the spiral strip and rubber nail on the driving shaft cooperate with the rubber wheel on the driving shaft to evenly distribute the corn ears among the peeling shafts, so as to peel the bracts.
Threshing device: the rotor rotates at high speed and collides with the drum, so that corn kernels fall off from the corn cob and are separated through the sieve holes, while the corn cob is discharged from the tail of the machine, and the corn shreds and skins are discharged from the tuyere.
