Fully automatic hydraulic oil press

Full-automatic hydraulic oil press is a small oil press with the simplest operation, the highest oil yield and the least replacement of wearing parts. It can process more than 20 kinds of high-oil crops such as sesame, walnut kernel, tea seed, pine nut (with the best peeling effect) and almond, and has the characteristics of multiple functions. This machine is especially suitable for home use because of its small output (2-8kg/time) and short extraction time (8-12min/time). Compared with the traditional oil press, it is more energy-saving and labor-saving, and occupies a small area. It is an important equipment for modern oil processing.

Main features:
1. High production capacity and good quality of refined oil; This machine adopts advanced technologies such as automatic control system and automatic preheating temperature control. The highest pressure of the machine can reach 55 MPa, the oil yield is high and the grease is good. It can produce 35-120 kilograms per hour.
2. Simple operation: This machine is small in size, occupies a small area, is easy to learn, understand and operate, has no special requirements for operators, and only needs 1-2 workers to complete production.
3. Small space and low power consumption; During the use of this machine, the power required for operation is lower, which can save a lot of electricity. Machine operation flow
1. Preheat before each oil extraction. The preheating temperature is 50 -70 degrees in summer and autumn, and 70 -90 degrees in winter and spring. The preheating system is automatically controlled without turning off the temperature control switch.
2. Hold the handle of the top plate and open it completely: the top plate is 180 degrees from the working position, pad the bottom of the press, and lower the piston in place for later use.
3. Run the machine idle for 1-2 times before each oil press. If the hydraulic oil thickens in winter and spring, run it idle for 5-10 minutes to make the oil dilute and easy to operate.
4. Drain the fried oil into the oil fume and put it into the press.
5. Pad the upper end of the oil press, put the shelf on the upper end of the press and push it into the press. If there is little oil, the oil can be raised when the machine is started, so that the oil can be kept on the upper plane slightly lower than the upper section of the press; Otherwise, it can't meet the top plate, lift the handle of the manual valve and start pressing.
6. This hydraulic press must be operated by a special person, and the main machine is not allowed to leave people during the boosting process. When the pressure gauge reaches 55 MPa, the main motor stops working, otherwise the power supply should be turned off immediately, and the pressure gauge should be checked for damage, failure and AC contactor. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately, and then it should be turned on for use.
7. When the pressure gauge rises to 55 MPa, the electrical control system will stop automatically. When the pressure of the press has dropped to 45 MPa, the electrical control system will start automatically. The pressure of the pressure gauge will rise again, and there is no oil leaking from the oil outlet of the press, indicating that the oil has been squeezed out.
8. Turn on the machine, hold the handle of the manual valve and press the valve core of the manual valve, so that the press is lowered to 10mm below the top, lift the handle of the manual valve and open the top plate.
9. Turn off the machine, the oil cake rises, and the piston top plate is about 5 mm higher than the upper end face of the press. Turn off the machine, take down the shelf plate and the upper cushion, and take out the oil.
10. Press the handle, the piston descends, and prepare for the second press.

Q: What's wear-in for new machine?
A: Using 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, wear in 3~4hs.
1. 1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2. 2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm.
3. 3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as2 mm.

Q:What are cold press and hot press?
A: Cold press is pressing dry and raw seeds. usually need to press 2 tims to get maximum oil.

     Hot press is pressing roasted seeds. usually only 1 time to get maximum oil. peanuts roast to 125~130 degree with 1~2% moisture. (we produce seeds roaster heated by economical fuel.)
