Product Description
Kitchen waste treatment integrated machine
1. Microbial thermophilic aerobic fermentation: The organic matter is decomposed by microbial inoculum at high temperature (usually 60-70ºC), and the fermentation is completed within 24 hours. The waste reduction rate can reach more than 90%, and it is finally converted into organic fertilizer raw materials.
2. Fully automatic treatment: from lifting, crushing, dehydration to fermentation, automation is realized without manual intervention, and only one person is needed to operate.
3. Environmental protection reaches the standard: after oil-water separation, the sewage can discharge or recover grease, and the waste gas is purified without secondary pollution.
Pre-treatment stage: automatic lifting and weighing → sorting (removing inorganic matter) → crushing into small pieces → high-pressure rinsing (desalting and oil removal) → extruding and dewatering (solid-liquid separation).
Fermentation stage: the dehydrated material enters the fermentation bin, through the microbial fermentation at high temperature (24 hours) → automatic discharge of raw materials for organic fertilizer.
Resource utilization: the oil and grease can be sold to biodiesel enterprises after extraction, the wastewater can be discharged according to the standard after treatment, and the organic fertilizer can be used for landscaping or agriculture.
