Flat die biomass pellet machine

The flat die pellet machine adopts a roller granulation mode, which consists of a feeder, a roller, a mold, a conditioner, and a cutter.

1. It has a simple structure, low cost, and easy maintenance, suitable for small-scale production plants and individual users.

2. It is suitable for processing biomass raw materials such as plant straw, aloe vera, wheat straw, rice straw, and wood chips. The diameter of the produced pellets is usually within the range of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc., and the length can be adjusted according to user needs.

3. The discharge is uniform, and the produced pellets have excellent performance in hardness, density, water resistance, etc., and are suitable for use as fuel or feed.
