Work flow:
The feeder is evenly sent to the belt conveyor, and then enters the dryer through the material guide pipe. The heat generated by the combustion of fuel in the hot air furnace enters the main engine under the action of the extraction fan and contacts the material. The material is evenly dispersed and fully contacts the hot air under the flip of the sheet distributed in the drying drum, which accelerates the drying heat transfer, mass transfer and evaporation of water. The rotary dryer of our company is a sealed structure, which can reduce the heat loss and improve the thermal efficiency. After drying, the material is discharged through the discharge hopper and transported to the designated place for storage. In the upper part of the discharge hopper is the discharge of dust in the process, etc., after the dust removal system treatment, it can achieve the purpose of environmental protection
