      The drum dryer operates based on the principle of heat exchange. It utilizes the heat generated by electric heating or other heating methods, and through the continuous suction of the ventilation fan, a thermal circulation process is formed. The materials inside the drum rotate and constantly flip up and down, gradually drying. It is widely used in building materials, food, light industry, chemical industry, coal industry, and mining industries. The drum dryer is generally suitable for granular materials and can also be used to dry viscous, paste-like materials or materials with high moisture content by incorporating some additional materials. Its advantages include large production capacity, wide application range, low flow resistance, a large allowable fluctuation range in operation, and convenient operation. It is commonly used for drying sand, Sawdust, wood chips,mineral powder, coal slime, grains, chicken manure, etc.

  The drum dryer is a mature and stable-performing dryer.
The entire structure consists of two major parts: the box body and the drum. The main body adopts a counter-current and co-current tower-type internal circulation structure. The heating system and the drum are designed with an integrated connection, featuring a compact structure, low energy consumption and high thermal efficiency.
     Similar to the working mode of a nut roasting machine, it can be used for batch drying of rapeseed, coffee beans, dried fruits, jujubes, medicinal herbs, chili peppers, Sichuan pepper, Sichuan pepper, wheat, corn and other grain crops, as well as sand, mineral powder and other chemical products. It can also be modified and customized according to usage requirements.
Each specification can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to different requirements. The heat source can be selected as required (electricity, burning firewood, coal, gas, burning biomass pellets for heating, etc.). For materials with higher requirements, electric heating can be adopted. The intelligent temperature control electric heating method has no open flame and all heating is done by heating tubes, which is simple to operate, time-saving and labor-saving.
