Introduction of bran milling machine

Bran milling machine is a kind of mechanical equipment which is specialized in grinding wheat and other grains into flour and separating bran at the same time. It is widely used in food processing, grain production and other fields.

Working principle: Using relatively rotating grinding roller, the surface has specific tooth pattern or roughness. When the wheat enters the gap between the grinding rollers, it is squeezed, sheared and ground, the wheat grains are broken, and the endosperm is stripped from the bran and ground into powder. The ground materials are sieved by screens with different pore sizes, and the small-particle flour passes through the screen to form the undersize, while the large-particle bran is left on the screen to form the oversize, thus realizing separation.
