How it works:
1. Motor drive : crusher is powered by the motor, motor drives the cutter roll in the crushing bin to rotate.
2. Crushing process : After the material enters the crusher, the rotating tool claw will draw the material into the tool roll, and the material will be deformed and broken by the force of the blade on the tool roll.
3. Screening and discharging : The crushed material will fall onto the drum screen at the outlet, the material smaller than the screen will be discharged from the net, the larger material will continue to be taken into the crushing bin for crushing, until broken to the appropriate particle size and then out.

Detachable box

1. The shredding chamber body can be deconstructed from each end of the coupling. The main shaft can be detached as a whole by removing the mounting plate at each end of the bearing.

2. Once the main shaft is dismantled,the cutter body and bearings can be kept and inspected,and if need be,then it can be replaced as well.

3. Regarding the processing of the shredding chamber, care should be taken to position the main shaft and bearing at central position during installation to ensure that the structure remains intact and lasts longer.
