Working Principle of Charcoal Powder Briquette Machine
Raw Materials
It is suitable for carbonized dry powder such as charcoal powder, bamboo charcoal powder, coconut shell charcoal powder, coal powder, and carbonized straw powder.
Working Principle:
1.Batching and Mixing
Add binder and appropriate water into charcoal powder in proportion, then stir evenly to make the material reach the standard humidity and viscosity for molding.
2.Forced Feeding
The mixed charcoal powder is sent into the machine silo. Screw or pressure wheel structure forces feeding to compact and exhaust the powder.
3.High-pressure Extrusion Molding
Adopt mechanical high-pressure extrusion. By customized molds, the loose charcoal powder is pressed into charcoal rods, strips, square or round briquettes at one time.
4.Automatic Discharging
The formed charcoal products are continuously extruded and cut, featuring high density and breakage resistance.
5.Drying & Curing
Freshly pressed wet charcoal products are dried by natural airing or industrial drying. After moisture evaporation, they can be packaged and sold directly.
